I have a passion and thirst for analysing and improving existing ecommerce business performance and setting up or improving on existing tools to help monitor this and answer key business questions.
I am an MSc Professional with excellent eCommerce, Project Management, Team Leadership and Business Performance Management experience spanning Travel and Retail industries. I enjoy delivering business insight and improvement through applied skills in Web Analytics and Data Extraction aiding data driven decision making and driving increased profitablity.

Based near Exeter in Devon (UK), I am a travel, ecommerce, seo and web analytics expert who has worked for leading Travel Companies over the last 10 years in the UK and I have also setup my own company CSC Tours Ltd.

What do I use?
I have implemented Omniture, Coremetrics and Google Analytics on websites and have setup automated and ad-hoc reporting using these tools for regular business performance analysis. I also have used these tools in partnership with tools such as Cognos and Business Objects.
